CREATIVITY & PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION

Amplify Your Creative Potential

Psychedelic Integration for Creatives

Psychedelic integration can be an invaluable tool for nurturing and enhancing your creative expression. By engaging in the process of integrating your psychedelic experiences, you can learn on a deep level the purpose and meaning that is involved with your creative expression.

Here's how psychedelic integration can benefit your creative process:

  1. Inspiration: Psychedelic journeys can create fresh perspectives and innovation to your creativity and creative projects. We will map out together what inspiring ideas and visions were gained from your journey and how to implement them in your creative endeavors.

  2. Consciousness: With the expansion of consciousness that can occur with psychedelics, we can explore what wisdom was gained, and how that influences how you approach your creative expression. Wisdom and compassion are the main ingredients here.

  3. Breaking Creative Blocks To Bits: By conversing about the insights and emotions that arose during your psychedelic experience, we can address deep-rooted fears, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt that may be hindering your creative flow.

  4. Authentic Expression: We will explore this superpower you can cultivate within: how to cultivate the courage it takes to put yourself out there.

  5. Healing and Transformation: Lastly, psychedelic experiences can produce a healing journey that can empower you to create art that is infused with emotional depth and resonance. I can help guide this process as your mindset coach. (please see below for the difference between therapy and coaching.)

This coaching support is not for you if:

You are needing psychotherapy to help integrate your psychedelic experience.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

Psychotherapy is for you if you are needing to work on a clinical mental health diagnosis. Examples of this include but not limited to: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar I, Bipolar II, ADHD, etc.

Feelings of being anxious at times is not necessarily a qualification for Generalized Anxiety Disorder, feeling blue at times is not necessarily a qualification for Major Depressive Disorder. But if you suspect you may have a diagnosis that could qualify you for mental health services, I suggest you look into seeking a therapist to determine if you meet the criteria for a mental health diagnosis. I can work alongside of a therapist, as part of your support team, but I am not able to give you a diagnosis nor treat you as a therapist would.

Coaching qualifies when you are not treating a mental health diagnosis but are needing support in achieving your goals and leveling up your life in a way that is more fulfilling and empowering for you.

Simply put: I am here to help you to process your psychedelic experience, to help you create a strong understanding and integrate the experience with the vast insights you have gained during your psychedelic journey. I am not here to direct you to any illegal substances, nor am I here to advocate you take psychedelics. I am of the belief that psychedelics are not for everyone, and that this new frontier needs to be handled very carefully and with the highest of integrity to insure your safety as the participant. If you have participated in a psychedelic journey, I can help you gain clarity and insight about what you experienced during your journey and how that experience can benefit and positively impact your creative process.
